Who we are
BEN ELITE PROPERTIES is a real estate business based in Dubai, UAE. This notice covers our property enquiry services, customer communications and the BEN ELITE Ads integration used to support our business. For privacy enquiries, contact info@beneliteproperties.com.
Information we handle
Depending on how you contact us, we handle your name, email address, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, preferred language and contact method, property interests, preferred locations, purchase or rental requirements, payment capacity and timing, meeting preferences, and information you choose to provide. Our customer records may include correspondence, call notes, follow-up tasks and enquiry history.
When you communicate with us on WhatsApp, we may receive your WhatsApp profile name, number, message content, attachments and message delivery information through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Advertising enquiries may include the form answers you submit and campaign identifiers used to identify the source of your enquiry. Our website and hosting services also process technical information needed for security and operation, such as request information and IP addresses.
Please do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or title deeds through a general enquiry form. Where documents are necessary for a service, we will explain the appropriate way to provide them.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand requirements, identify suitable property options, arrange appointments, provide requested services, maintain customer records, follow up on outstanding enquiries, and protect our services from misuse. We use campaign attribution and service outcomes to understand the effectiveness of our marketing. Optional promotional communications are separate from communications needed to respond to your enquiry.
Where an enquiry form offers progressive saving, entered information may be saved before the entire qualification process is completed. The form should explain this when you provide your information.
Who may receive it
Authorised staff and representatives receive access appropriate to their work. Where needed to respond to your property enquiry, we may share relevant details with the developer or its authorised representative.
Service providers supporting hosting, storage, email and communications process relevant information to provide those services. Our setup uses Cloudflare for infrastructure, Namecheap Private Email for business email, and Meta for WhatsApp and Meta advertising integrations. These providers may process information outside the UAE, subject to their service arrangements and applicable requirements. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights.
Automation and advertising
Our platform is being introduced in stages. Connecting a service does not mean all planned automation is active. If automated assistance is enabled, it may help answer questions, summarise enquiries and arrange follow-up. You can request a human representative. Automated replies are not guarantees of investment returns, financing approval or property availability.
Advertising measurement features, where enabled, may send limited identifiers and conversion events to the relevant advertising platform, subject to applicable notices and choices. Private correspondence and financial qualification notes should not be sent as advertising conversion payloads. This notice does not itself activate tracking, messaging or automated decision-making.
Retention and protection
We keep information for as long as needed for the relevant enquiry or service, necessary business records, and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the purpose and circumstances; information should not be retained indefinitely simply because it was collected. We use access restrictions and technical safeguards, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us to access or correct your information, stop promotional communications, or delete information, subject to applicable requirements. Email info@beneliteproperties.com with the subject Privacy request or Data deletion request. Include the email address or phone number used to contact us and, if available, your enquiry reference. Do not include passwords or identity documents in the initial request.
We may need to verify that the request relates to you. We will explain any information that must be retained and why. Deletion from our records does not delete information held independently by Meta, your email provider or a developer to whom you separately provided information; their own privacy arrangements also apply. You may ask us to stop WhatsApp promotional messages by replying STOP or contacting the email above.
Updates
We will update this notice when our services or data practices materially change and show the revision date on the published page.
